Our Service displays real estate listings through an Internet Data Exchange (IDX) feed provided by our Multiple Listing Service (MLS). When you search for properties, save searches, or sign up to receive listing alerts, we and our IDX/MLS provider may collect and store your search criteria, saved listings, and contact information in order to deliver the listings and alerts you request and to follow up with you about your real estate needs. Listing data itself is owned by the MLS and the listing brokerages and is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use.
The Company may use Personal Data to provide and maintain our Service and display listings; to respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services such as buyer representation, home searches, and valuations; to send you the property listing alerts and saved-search updates you request; to contact you by email, phone, SMS, or other electronic communication about your inquiries and listings of interest; to provide news and offers similar to what you have inquired about unless you opt out; to manage your requests; for business transfers; and for analysis to improve our Service.
We may share your personal information with Service Providers who operate the Service (for example, our website host, CRM system, IDX/MLS provider, and email and SMS providers); with the listing or cooperating brokerage or MLS only as necessary to advance a real estate inquiry or transaction you have initiated; in connection with a business transfer; and with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to text messages, we and our messaging provider will collect and use your mobile number and consent status solely to send you the messages you requested. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Certain real estate transaction records may be retained as required by Florida law. Your information is processed at the Company’s operating offices and may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your jurisdiction. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and communication needs.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your carrier and mobile plan.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages.
